  • In which country do you ship?

    All orders done on our eshop www.delsey.com/uk.en are shipped only in England, Wales and Scotland.
  • What are the methods, deadlines and delivery rates?

    We offer two delivery methods: - Standard delivery: your package is delivered within 3 to 6 working days from the validation of your order and payment. DELSEY is responsible for the delivery of all orders. - Premium delivery at 10£ per order: your package will be delivered within 2 to 4 business days if you order before 9am, from the validation of your order and payment. The shipping cost is 10£ per order. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding public holidays by our authorized carriers Chronopost and UPS.
  • Can I postpone my shipment?

    It is not possible to delay the shipment of the package.
  • I have mistaken the delivery address, how can I change it?

    If the delivery address indicated on your order contains an error or needs further clarification, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by e-mail at customercare.uk@delsey .com or by phone at 0-800-014-8117 from Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm.
  • How to track my package?

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from the carrier Chronopost or UPS (depending on your delivery choie) with a link allowing you to follow the delivery of your package on the site Chronopost or UPS. You can also find the tracking number of your package once it has been shipped by going to your "My Account" personal space on the current order.
  • What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

    If you chose the standard shipment If you are not at the delivery spot when the deliveryman comes, a notice is deposited in your mailbox and you will be informed of a new day and time of passage. If you are not there for the second passage, a third one will be planed and then, in case of absence, the Chronopost customer service will contact you to plan a delivery day and time. If you chose the premium shipment If you are not at the delivery spot when the deliveryman comes, your order will be delivered into an access point and you will be informed by UPS of the access point address and opening hours.
  • I received a damaged package, what do I do?

    If you encounter this problem, please accept our sincere apologies. Please contact our customer service department by e-mailing and mention your order number to customercare.uk@delsey.com or by calling 0-800-014-8117 on Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm. We also invite you to make specific reservations on the delivery note and to send a registered letter to the carrier within a maximum of 3 days after delivery, with a copy to customercare.uk@delsey.com specifying your order number.
  • The product received does not match the product I ordered or it has a defect, what to do?

    If you encounter this problem, please accept our sincere apologies. We invite you to notify us within 14 days from the day after you receive the product. To do this, please go to "My Account" personal space, the details of your order and click on the "Return a product" link at the bottom right of the page. You can then declare your return via our form and print the return voucher to send us your product. The good product ordered will then be sent to you. The return costs are charged to DELSEY if you pass through our partner UPS and follow the process on our website.
  • At least one product ordered is not in my package, what do I do?

    If you have not received an ordered product, please contact our customer service department by e-mail at customercare.uk@delsey.com or by phone at 0-800-014-8117 from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm. Please indicate the order number and the reference of the missing product (indicated on the delivery note or in the detail of your order in "My account"). We also invite you to issue a reservation to the carrier (Chronopost or UPS).
