Using the LUGLOC tracker for the first time:
1. Charge your socket from a mains socket (allow around ten hours the first time)
2. From the Delsey PLUGGAGE application, go to the ""Localisation"" section.
3. Select the last option at the bottom of the screen, ""Delsey powered by LUGLOC""
4. Follow the instructions
My application talks about a tracker, but I don't have one in my luggage?DELSEY PLUGGAGE suitcases may be sold without a tracker in certain countries: Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Arab Emirates. This does not prevent you from using the other functions of the PLUGGAGE, such as the alerts.

In which countries does the tracker work?The DELSEY powered by LUGLOC tracker does not work in countries in which the network of 2G antenna have been completely removed, such as Singapore, Japan, Taiwan or South Korea.
