• Why fill in my details / what are my account and email address used for?

    This function allows you to update your application with the DELSEY server. You can, for example: retain certain data entered on your smartphone, in accordance with data protection regulations: photos, names, email addresses, suitcases, modules. In the case of the loss or transfer of a telephone, or the reinstallation of the application, this data will be saved. In the event of a call to the helpline, our teams will be in a better position to answer your questions. You can use your account on several smartphones at the same time. This will allow you to synchronise a single account on several smartphones (loss, change, a professional and a personal mobile, shared etc.)
  • What are the steps for starting up my PLUGGAGE?

    1. Check that the batteries are properly in place (lock AND scale) and consult the user manual

    2. Check that the Bluetooth is activated on your smartphone

    3. Download the ""DELSEY PLUGGAGE"" application from the AppStore or Google Play

    4. Launch the application, which will then guide you through

  • I am trying to connect my smartphone to my PLUGGAGE. My application is telling me that the Bluetooth password is not correct.

    Note, if another person, or if you yourself are connected to your PLUGGAGE via another smartphone, it may be that the password securing the Bluetooth connection has changed. In the case where there are several users, request the password from the person in question. If you do not have this password, you can perform a "reset": open the lining of your suitcase to access the inside of the lock, as you do to access the batteries. You will find 2 buttons: one white and one black. Press the black button for 3 seconds to reset the password. By default, the Bluetooth password for your PLUGGAGE is: "000000". Do not forget to enter a new password and to warn the previous user.
  • I have installed the DELSEY application, but I cannot find how/where to make my tracker work.

    Your tracker requires the download and use of an additional application: DELSEY powered by LUGLOC. To install it, begin by installing your irst PLUGGAGE. Next click on the "LOCATE" button to get to the locations screen. Click on the last button at the bottom of the screen, "DELSEY powered by LUGLOC". This button will redirect you straight to the application download.

    Once the application is installed and your tracker has been charged (consult the paper manual supplied with your tracker), to use your tracker you can either refer directly to the "DELSEY powered by LUGLOC" application, or refer to the localisation screen of the PLUGGAGE app (from the "Locate" button, then the "DELSEY powered by LUGLOC" button at the bottom of the screen).

  • How do I add an additional PLUGGAGE?

    If you have already installed a PLUGGAGE, click at the top right of your main screen, on the "+" sign. If you already have at least 2 pieces of PLUGGAGE luggage registered, click on the suitcase icon at the top right. At the bottom of the list of your PLUGGAGE cases, you will find the "+" option.

  • Where can I download the DELSEY PARIS application?

    The application is available on the AppStore for Apple smartphones and on the Play Store/Google Play for Android smartphones. In China and Hong Kong, the application is available on Myapp (tencent) and 360 Mobile Assistant. Search for "DELSEY PARIS" in the AppleStore or the Play Store.
  • How do I pair / connect my suitcase and my smartphone?

    If you have not yet installed or used your DELSEY PARIS application, launch/download the application and a start-up assistant will automatically assist you. If you have already launched the application for the first time, and you are looking at a white "No PLUGGAGE" screen, click on the "+" button at the top right of your screen. This will guide you through the steps for the installation of the PLUGGAGE. Proceed in the same way if you have already installed one (or more) PLUGGAGE(s) and wish to add another one. Once your suitcase is installed, to install your tracker select the white button at the bottom right, "Locate", then select "DELSEY powered by LUGLOC". This will redirect you to the link that allows you to download the "DELSEY powered by LUGLOC" and to activate the tracker (note, first begin by fully charging the tracker). The use of the tracker is subject to the purchase of a subscription with the company LUGLOC. Note: Be sure to activate the Bluetooth function on your smartphone; when you switch on your scale and your lock (using the ON button), they will attempt to connect to your telephone for 1 minute. Make sure that you finish the pairing / connection procedure within this time period. During this 1-minute period you will see a white LED, which flashes on the lock for the full minute. On the scale you will see the Bluetooth logo, which flashes for 1 minute. If you have exceeded this time period of 1 minute, you must switch off the modules (long press the ON button for more than 5 seconds), then switch them on again (short press the ON button for between 1 and 2 seconds).
  • Is there a time limit for pairing/connecting my suitcase and my smartphone?

    When you start up your scale and your lock, they will attempt to connect to your smartphone for 1 minute. The must therefore perform the first connection or pairing operations within 1 minute. Note: when you start up your balance and your lock (using the ON button), they will attempt to connect to your phone for 1 minute. Make sure that you finish the pairing / connection procedure within this time period.
  • I messed up or interrupted the installation. How do I install my PLUGGAGE?

    Open you application. At the top right of the main screen of your application, you will find a "+" sign. Click on this link to add a PLUGGAGE and follow the various steps. If you wish to create a user account, consult the Menu on your application, under the "Login" section. If you have installed the application, you will find help tutorials under the "?" section on the main screen of your application. If you have not begun the installation, consult the paper manual supplied with your suitcase.
  • Is the DELSEY PARIS app free?

    The DELSEY PARIS applications and its updates are completely free of charge. The use of the tracker requires the use of the DELSEY application, powered by LUGLOC. The use of the tracking service requires the purchase of a subscription service, in accordance with the LUGLOC pricing conditions. Your tracker includes the first month's subscription.
  • I am not able to pair or connect my suitcase and my smartphone, even though I have correctly followed the described procedure

    Installation:

    "Check that the Bluetooth on your smartphone is activated.

    Check that the batteries are properly installed in the lock AND the scale.

    Switch off your scale and your lock by pressing the ON button on each of them for more than 5 seconds.

    Switch your scale or your lock on again.

    In your application, press on the little ""+"" at the top right of the main screen.

    Then follow the instructions.

    Note: on the ""Add lock/scale"" screen, you can slide your finger towards the bottom to refresh the search for peripheral devices. Then press on the detected peripheral."

    Note, your PLUGGAGE can only be connected to 1 smartphone at a time. Note, if another person, or if you yourself are connected to your PLUGGAGE via another smartphone, it may be that the password securing the Bluetooth connection has changed. In this case your application will not detect your PLUGGAGE lock. In this instance you will have the option to reset the password.

  • Do I have to create an account with an email address in order to use my PLUGGAGE?

    You are not obliged to create an account with your email address in order to use the scale and the lock on your PLUGGAGE. However, this is nonetheless strongly recommended (consult the "synchronisation" section of the FAQs). Note, in order to use your tracker, you must create an account with your email address on your separate "DELSEY powered by LUGLOC" application. If you wish, the email address can be different from the address used for your DELSEY PARIS application account.
  • When I initiate the startup or the addition of a suitcase on my application, it does not detect any locks or scales
