You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to make a return.

The returns portal will be available no later than the day after your order is delivered and will remain accessible for the entire statutory period (i.e., 14 days).

Once you have completed and confirmed all the steps, you will receive an email confirming your return request.

You will then receive another email within 24 hours (business days—excluding weekends and holidays) with your return label. Please note that you will receive one prepaid return label per item to be returned. Be sure to print all attachments.

If you encounter any issues downloading your return label, we recommend using the Chrome browser, ensuring that pop-ups are allowed, and refreshing the link.

If you do not receive your label within 24 hours (business days—excluding weekends and holidays), please check your spam or junk mail folder.

Please note that returned products must have been purchased on the Delsey.com website. They must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original tags and accessories. Product documentation and labels (both interior and exterior) must also be returned. DELSEY PARIS reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet these conditions.

We recommend that you reuse the box you received to return your product. Be sure to keep your proof of shipment.

Once your package is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our logistics team. After approval by the logistics team, you will receive your refund within 14 days.
